BUILD
Our BUILD classes follow a well-thought out, structured programme, allowing all of our members to get stronger and fitter. This is through following a format based on strength, skill work and Metcons (fitness finishers).
LIFT
This is a Weightlifting class, so expect plenty of barbell work. This class focuses on the Snatch, Clean & Jerk. It will also include accessory exercises to aid weightlifting performance - Open to beginners, intermediate and advanced.
FITNESS
These classes aim to build on your fitness and movement efficiency under fatigue. Expect to see long sweaty workouts with dumbbells, kettlebells, bodyweight and cardio machines!
SWEAT
SWEAT is all about working with a partner or a team. This fun yet challenging workout will last between 25-40 minutes, ending with you feeling fulfilled, ready to start the weekend!
